Jeff is a legendary A&R executive, award-winning songwriter, and mega-platinum record producer with a remarkable track record in shaping musical talent. His roster includes Grammy Award winners such as Linkin Park, Macy Gray, Limp Bizkit, Aaliyah, Korn, Matchbox Twenty, Hoobastank, and Daniel Powter, collectively achieving over 171 million album sales worldwide.

Notably, Jeff played a pivotal role in the creation, signing, A&R direction, executive production, and publishing of Linkin Park’s groundbreaking debut album, “Hybrid Theory,” which stands as the best-selling debut album of the 21st century.

Beyond his music career, Jeff is a best-selling author and screenwriter with significant deals involving industry heavyweights like Mark Wahlberg and Blumhouse. He has overseen music supervision for multi-platinum soundtracks, including Aaliyah’s “Queen of the Damned.” Additionally, he is an entertainment lawyer and manager.

Jeff has held senior leadership roles as Sr. VP of A&R at renowned labels including Warner Bros., Atlantic, Interscope, RCA, Lava Universal Republic, Virgin EMI, and Sony. Currently, he serves as the Head of Entertainment for Discord’s Asset Entities, whose clients include Grammy-winning artists, major league sports teams, concert promoters, and various clothing and beverage brands.
